When you submit a form on this site (for example, to book a Discovery Flight or request a quote), we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, and any details you include in your message. We may also collect standard technical information such as pages visited and general device/browser data through analytics tools.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, schedule flights and training, and communicate with you about our services. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that operate this website and our scheduling/communication tools, and only as needed to serve you.

Communications

If you provide a phone number, we may call you about your inquiry. If you provide an email address, you can unsubscribe from non-essential email via the link in any message.

Text messaging & mobile information

We send text messages only to people who have given us permission to do so. Consent is collected through the optional checkboxes on our contact form, which are unchecked by default. Consent is never a condition of purchase, and you can decline and still hear from us by phone or email.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers of the text-message service.

Message frequency may vary. Message & data rates may apply. Text HELP for assistance or reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service. If a flight student is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide their own phone number and consent on the student's behalf.

Data retention & security

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to serve you and meet our legal obligations, and we use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect it.
