Watch Me Fly Academy sends text messages only to people who asked for them. Here is exactly what we ask, where we ask it, and how to stop at any time.
SMS consent & how to opt out
Watch Me Fly Academy sends text messages only to people who asked for them. The form on this page has two consent checkboxes, both unchecked by default and both optional — you can send the form without either, and consent is never a condition of purchase. We send two message types: transactional and informational messages (appointment reminders, lesson scheduling, account alerts, and replies to your inquiry) and promotional and marketing messages (training programs, offers, and updates). Each checkbox controls only its own message type. These are the exact statements shown beside them:

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency may vary, up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help.”
You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service. If a flight student is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide their own phone number and consent on the student's behalf.

Where consent is collected
Our contact form asks for your name, email, and phone number so we can answer your question about flight training. The two consent checkboxes described above appear on that form, directly beneath the phone field, each one unchecked.
We only send text messages to a phone number whose owner checked the relevant box. If you check neither, we will contact you by phone or email instead. We never buy, rent, or import phone number lists — every number we message was given to us by its owner through that form.
Age requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.
Flight training itself is open to students under 18. If a student is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide their own phone number and give consent on the student's behalf — we do not send text messages to a number belonging to a minor.
